Apparently there are world-renowned vinyards here? I don't see much evidence on this map other than the ubiquitous bushes. "In 1843 Minister of State Domains Pavel Kiselev appointed a commissioner to sell a small quantity of Magarach wine in St. Petersburg. Charged with this task, A. D. Kniazhevich, the ambitious owner of the vineyards at Kuru Uzen near Alushta, almost single-handedly created a domestic market for Crimean wine." (O'Neill, 247)
